Having to intervene in what was quickly becoming a large scale, far escalating argument/war between children who may I mention are 6 and 3 years old. The basis of this war is whether boys can do all the jobs girls can. My daughter adamant they indeed cannot, whereas boyo equally adamant they indeed can. Shouting over the top of the roaring & in an ever educating manner, I happily announce that boys and girls can both do all the jobs in the world just as well as each other.
This sadly is when girly tells me most indignantly that boys cannot be sexy girls.... i'm answerless and have to concede.
Gap between equal opportunities & current school education = very wide
